The President Rodrigo Duterte finally named the police officials who are allegedly involved in the illegal trade of drugs.
In the speech that he delivered at the Philippine Air Force, Duterte mentioned the names o Gen. Vicente Loot, Gen. Bernardo Diaz, Gen. Marcelo Garbo, Joel Pagdilao from the National Capital Region Police Office and Edgardo Tinio of the Quezon City Police District.
Loot and Garbo are already retired while the remaining three are active in duty.
“I will talk to them but for now I ordered them relieved,” said Duterte.
The new PNP chief Director General Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa already gave an order to have a random drug test to all the 2, 405 policemen nationwide including the generals and the high-ranking officials.
